Technological innovation:
Brake Pad Bonding As the core of brake overproduction, we have always placed the bond strength and shear area of ​​the brake pads at an important position. Why our products have stronger bonding strength, our strict control and testing of adhesives, and our control of temperature and time in the production process of brake pads according to the season, all reflect the maturity of our technology. After the bonding is over, we test the shear area of ​​the finished brake pads. Only when the shear area meets the standard will it be put into the subsequent production and processing links.

About the electromagnet:
1. The number of coils wound by the electromagnet is determined according to the magnetic force required by the brake. The number of coils is proportional to the magnetic force. The more coils are wound, the greater the magnetic force.
2. After the electromagnet and PPS are injection molded, the surface should be smoothed to ensure that the electromagnet can closely fit the brake drum surface when the brake is applied to achieve better braking effect.

About brake pads:
1. The shear area and shear strength test of each finished brake pad fully reflects our responsibility for customer safety.
2. The brake pads of the same brake have different lengths. According to the different functions of the leader and the follower shoe in the braking process, the lining of the follower shoe is shorter than that of the leader shoe.
